Pricing / Open discussion

Four tiers. Nine open questions. Your opinion, before we finalise.

BizRP's pricing below is a working proposal. We think it is close — but the Bangladesh SME market has nuances that US-born SaaS playbooks miss. Talking to you now beats fixing churn later.

Open for feedback until the end of April 2026. We will publish what we learned and the finalised tiers before the end of the month.

05 / Pricing

Four plans. One codebase. Flat monthly.

Priced in BDT, not dollars translated. Unlimited users on every tier — pay for features, not seats. Each plan matches a growth stage; upgrades flip module toggles, data does not migrate.

Open questions

We are not sure about nine things.

Each has a proposed answer and one or two alternatives. Tell us which version reflects the market you sell to.

  1. 01

The Commerce → Professional cliff is 40×

Jumping ৳500 → ৳20,000 is a 4,000 percent increase. A single-shop owner graduating to multi-branch may balk. Option A: insert a ৳2,500 "Commerce Plus" tier (2 shops, basic accounting). Option B: drop Professional to ৳10,000–12,000. Option C: keep the gap — Commerce is starter, Professional is serious retail chain. Which reflects the market you see?

  2. 02

OTC (one-time charge) for Business and Enterprise

Bangladesh B2B buyers expect an implementation fee on bigger products — it signals we're serious, and sunk-cost commitment reduces churn. Proposing ৳75,000 OTC for Business (3-day onsite training + data import + 30-day hypercare) and ৳3,00,000–20,00,000 OTC for Enterprise (scoped migration + dedicated engineer + 90-day managed onboarding). Fair ranges? Right format?

  3. 03

Annual discount — 17 percent for 12-month commit

Pay 10 months, get 12. Standard SaaS lever; should move the needle for SMEs on budget-approval cycles. Does this matter to you, or do you prefer monthly flexibility even at a higher total cost?

  4. 04

    Unlimited users versus monetisation ceiling

Kanak's suggestion was "no user limit" — we like it philosophically (vs ERPNext / Odoo per-user). But a 200-user Business customer then pays the same ৳45,000 as a 10-user one. Do we need volume levers (invoices / month, storage GB, API calls / day), or is the warehouse + domain ceiling enough?

  5. 05

Should Professional include basic Customer 360?

Right now Professional has zero CRM. Cafe chains with loyalty customers and salons with regulars want a contact record. Proposing: Customer 360 (record + notes + purchase history) moves INTO Professional. Sales pipeline, campaigns and BitsPath send stay in Business.

  6. 06

    Is Business (৳45,000) really self-serve?

At ৳5,40,000 / year, almost no Bangladesh SME commits via a credit-card flow without a sales call. Proposing: "Start free trial" still self-serves, but day-3 triggers a sales-assist call. Enterprise stays talk-to-sales-only.

  7. 07

Enterprise should publish a band, not a floor

"৳1,00,000+" anchors prospects at 1 lac. Reality: 1–5 lac depending on entities + managed scope + migration. Proposing: Enterprise reads "৳1,00,000 – ৳5,00,000+ / month — set on discussion" on the pricing card.

  8. 08

Data migration as a paid add-on at every tier above Commerce?

Currently bundled only in Enterprise. But Business and Professional prospects coming from Tally / ERPNext / Excel also need migration. Proposing: ৳50,000 OTC (Professional), ৳1,50,000 OTC (Business) for scoped imports. Enterprise keeps it included.

  9. 09

    Payment terms — Advance / Net-15 / custom

Advance (credit card or bKash auto-debit) for Commerce and Professional; Net-15 invoice for Business; custom terms for Enterprise. Does Net-15 at Business match your AP cycle, or should we offer Net-30 as an option?

Proposal / One-time charge

Monthly is the software. OTC is the implementation project.

At Business and Enterprise the OTC captures setup, training and migration — things that take real engineering hours and should be charged for. It also builds commitment so both sides stay accountable beyond month one.
