The terms, written to be read rather than survived.

These terms are between you, or the company you are signing up for, and KaritKarma Limited, a company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Creating a BizRP workspace means you accept them.

If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you are allowed to bind that company.

A separately signed contract, where one exists, takes precedence over this page for the parts it covers.

BizRP is multi-tenant business software delivered over the internet. What you can use depends on the plan you are on and the modules enabled on your workspace.

We ship changes continuously. Features are added, improved and occasionally reorganised. Where we intend to remove something you rely on, we will give notice before it goes.

Some parts of the product are described on this site as in progress or planned. Those are statements of intent and dates are not guarantees. Buy on what is shipped today.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the users you invite do with it.

Sign-in runs through Wenme. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at hello@bizrp.com if you think an account has been compromised.

Each plan carries published ceilings on users, POS tills, warehouses and storefront domains. Working around a ceiling by technical means, rather than by changing plan, is a breach of these terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Bangladeshi taka, at the plan price published on the pricing page. Plans start at 1,990 BDT per month. Prices are set in BDT, not converted from a dollar list price.

Where a plan carries a one-time implementation charge, that charge is invoiced separately from the subscription and is described on the pricing page.

Prices are exclusive of VAT and any other tax or duty applicable in your jurisdiction, which is added where the law requires it.

If an invoice is unpaid, we will contact you. Access can be suspended for a materially overdue account, and we will give notice before suspending.

We can change prices. Existing subscriptions get at least 30 days notice before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Fees already paid are not refunded on cancellation part-way through a period, except where the law says otherwise or where the service failed in a way we accept responsibility for.

Where BizRP records payments from your own customers, you bring your own merchant account with your own payment provider. Money moves between your customer and your gateway.

We do not hold, move or take custody of your funds. We record the transaction in your ledger. Settlement, chargebacks, refunds and the provider relationship are between you and your payment provider.

Your gateway's own terms apply to those transactions, on top of these.

Your business data stays yours. We do not acquire ownership of it by hosting it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models of our own.

You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that data in order to run the service for you, and to support you when you ask.

The software, its design, its source code and the BizRP name stay ours.

You can export your data while the workspace is active. Retention and deletion after closure are described in the privacy policy.

Do not use BizRP to break the law, to store or move stolen data, or to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or load-test the platform without written permission, or resell access to the service without an agreement that allows it.

Do not upload malware, and do not use the AI features to generate content you would not be allowed to publish yourself.

We can suspend an account that is causing active harm to the platform or to other customers, and we will explain why when we do.

We aim to keep the service available and we monitor it, but this page does not carry a contractual uptime commitment. Where an availability commitment is required, it is agreed in a separate contract.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Emergency maintenance may not be.

We take backups. Backups are a disaster-recovery measure, not a substitute for your own export discipline, and we do not guarantee point-in-time recovery of an individual record.

BizRP integrates with services operated by others, including payment gateways, communications providers, AI inference and object storage. Those services carry their own terms.

Where such a service fails or changes, we will work around it where we reasonably can, but we are not responsible for its behaviour.

The service is provided as it is. Beyond what these terms say and what the law requires, we do not give warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

BizRP produces accounting, tax and payroll output from what you and your configuration put into it. It is a tool, not a professional adviser. Check its output before you file anything with a regulator.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.

Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity.

Our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

This does not limit liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything the law says cannot be limited.

You can cancel at any time from the workspace or by writing to hello@bizrp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We can terminate for a material breach of these terms that is not fixed within 30 days of us telling you about it, or immediately where the breach is causing active harm.

After termination you have 30 days to export your data. After that it is deleted from live systems, on the schedule set out in the privacy policy.

We can update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do, and material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
